About these terms

These terms apply whenever you buy a digital gift card from Gift Card Street. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Digital gift cards only

Gift Card Street sells digital gift cards only. There is no physical card, no packaging and nothing sent by post — every gift card is activated online. We do not offer a resale or trading service for gift cards.

Placing an order

Choose an amount and quantity, add the gift card to your cart, and complete checkout. After your order is placed, gift card access details and an activation link are delivered through the website.

Using your gift card

Once activated, your gift card is subject to the issuing brand’s own terms, including where and how it can be spent and any expiry period. Check the terms and expiry information on the brand page before purchasing.

Cancellations & refunds

Once a gift card has been activated, it generally cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required by law. If you provide incorrect recipient details, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to help before activation.

Keeping your gift card safe

Only buy or send a gift card to someone you personally know and trust. See our Fraud & scam awareness guide for more information.
